SALES & SERVICE POLICY

Web Active English reserves the right to cancel paid services (classes, lessons, or courses) because of unforeseen problems. If there is a cancellation, Web Active English reserves the right to decide to 1. cancel the lost time and issue a refund to the student for the lost time or 2. reschedule another time to complete the class, lesson, or course.

It is important for everyone to have a good internet connection. Web Active English is not responsible for student’s connection problems.

Web Active English has the right to change the teacher if the teacher is no longer available. For any cancellations, students and teachers should be notified 24 hours before a lesson, class, or course.  Failure to give 24-hour advance notice for cancellation can result in a financial loss of the service.

It is your responsibility to check your English before purchasing a class, course or lesson.  We can give you a test to check your level, but it is your decision to decide if you feel comfortable.  We will try and make adjustments if you are not comfortable, however, we do not make any guarantees.

PAYMENTS:

Payments are made through an SSL secure payment system. Upon checkout, you authorize Web Active English to immediately process your method of payment.  We do not save any payment information on our website.  Some methods of payment require processing through third parties. Web Active English is not responsible for the terms and conditions of third parties.  Example: PayPal transactions are processed by the PayPal corporation. Web Active English is not responsible for the processing of PayPal or other third-party processing businesses.
